The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood across from a park in the downtown area and just opposite the backpackers street. It is conveniently close to everything, including the famous Ben Than Market. The staff is courteous and attentive, providing excellent service. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped with basic amenities, including a comfortable queen bed and a 37" Samsung LCD TV. The windows have blinds to keep out the heat, and some rooms offer fantastic views. The breakfast, which is included in the price, offers a variety of Asian foods and starts early at 7AM.

No aspect was found to be lacking during my stay.

There isnt much to do at HoChiMinh except to watch the water puppet show [1hr] see the war memorial museum [2-3 hrs if you read every exibit],visit the chuchitunnels [half day] and get a shitload of shopping done. So the rest of the time you spend there will probably be spent in the hotel room. Thankfully the rooms at ruby3 are exceptionally clean, and well furnished with your own fridge which surprisingly you can use to can keep ice for your drinks, electric water boiler, hair dryer.. etc.. the room we stayed in was on the small side but it wasnt squeezy. every corner in the toilet was clean and was clad in large sheets of marble, so you can walk barefoot in there and still feel its clean.

I stayed with my family for 03 nights at this hotel. We have no comments on cleanliness, the hotel staff quite friendly and helpful, the morning breakfast was nice and good but it looks same foods for all the 03 days. The hotel room really a bit small no extra space for kids move around. Generally it still suitable for single or couple to stay. I will still recommend to my friends.

You are advised not to take any drinks can at the hotel room fridge, it will charge you for US $3 per can which almost 6 times expensive than outside. Further more, if you really wanted to take City tour just cross the front parks, there are many tourist centre shops and offer very reasonable package tour compare to hotel package ( almost 3 times more ). So, think it if you really wanted save cost for your journey.

Love the Ruby Suite, it was very spacious and had great view of the city. The Family Room, which is 2 bedrooms with connecting door, is definitely a great value. Overall, it was a very pleasant hotel to stay at, very accommodating and very kid friendly.

Breakfast was not very inviting. It has very little to offer and runs out of food before the time indicated.

Key Location and Clean Rooms the hotel had an excellent location near popular tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making the Christmas experience enjoyable.

Poor Breakfast and Unpleasant Service Unfortunately, the hotel's breakfast was disappointing with limited selection and lukewarm food. the service was also poor, with a lack of polite behavior and courteous treatment.

Value for money 3 star hotel in a good location. Front desk staff speaks excellent English.

I took the room with no windows. Don't think I can survive more than 2 nights in it. Can get a little clastrophobic after a while. I recommend upgrading if you intend to stay longer.

Maintenance issues with shower

Location of the hotel was very central and I could easily walk to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good and I appreciated the effort put in by the staff. The breakfast spread offered a variety of Asian and Western options and the staff were friendly. The hotel also had good transportation facilities for getting around this city.

Being a small hotel, It's clean and value for its rate. The best thing about it is its location - 15 min walk to Ben Thanh Market (so that you don't get the noise at night) and if you walk across the park, the Open Tours Buses are just there, making it another convenience place for backpackers.

The room is smaller than expected. Too tiny so that we almost don't have room to move around.

The location of the Asian Ruby 3 Hotel is excellent. Lots of cafe and shops nearby.

This hotel is located in a particularly great area, being in the downtown district close to everything including the Ben Thanh Market. It's also situated right across from the backpackers street, which is a great place to go for tours. the room and bathroom were clean, while the staff provided great service and made our stay comfortable. Breakfast was included, providing a bit of variety every day, while the electronic keylock was a great feature.

Prices for tours and airport transfers were a bit expensive compared to outside vendors.

Hotel is located very close to De Tham Street (Backpacker Area) and Ben Than Market within District 1. Room and Amenities clean and working. Fast Internet.
